超重力化工技术是由我公司和中北大学联合研发推广的将通常的化学反应和化工操作在超重力环境下得以实现的新型化工技术，其超重力环境是通过填料的高速旋转来实现的。将超重力引入化学反应及化工过程是一个全新的概念和创新的思路，为化学工程进步开辟了广阔的路径，是提升传统化工技术水平和新工艺开发的有力手段，是当今世界化学化工技术竞争的新领域。与传统化工技术相比，超重力技术传递效率提高 1 ～ 3 个数量级（数千倍）、设备体积小、占地少、气相压降小、液体利用率极大提高、产品质量提升、能耗降低，具有广泛的通用性和较大的操作弹性，誉称 “化学工业的晶体管”，是化工装置小型化、微型化的核心技术，是节能减排降耗及资源有效利用的一流技术。本技术成功运用于广西华银铝业有限公司、新疆广汇新能源有限公司、贵州开磷有限责任公司等煤气脱硫除尘上。
